**THE POSITION**
Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition department. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for all positions within the organization.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will also be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
* Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
* Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to senior leadership.
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sharing knowledge with the team.
