Our team and our performance are also at the heart of everything we do at ALDI DX. ## Your Job **What you give your best for.** * Assuming responsibility for the technical setup and operation of our global tech stack (Tableau Server and SAP Analytics Cloud) in an agile working environment to support ALDI’s Reporting & Analytics teams * Performing system and performance monitoring, incident management, and root-cause analyses to ensure a stable IT service, potentially including managing an external partner * Executing international technical initiatives for planning, coordinating and implementing system integrations, new features and platform governance * Continually improving service by optimising operational/technical processes and eliminating customer pain points * Contributing to strategic projects for the front-end strategy, tool evaluations and new concepts (proof of concept) ## Your Profile **What you should have.** * University degree or apprenticeship related to IT * Several years of professional experience in the administration of Tableau Server (e.g. server installation and configuration, system integrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, tsm commands, using REST APIs for automation) or as an admin/solution architect for SaaS solutions in the BI environment (e.g. SAC, PowerBI) * Extensive experience with the integration of Tableau/Alteryx/SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, Azure Databricks, SQL databases, Microsoft O365 apps * Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), network protocols/infrastructure and proxy/security configurations * Structured way of working with an eye for prioritisation and user-specific communication * Fluency in English **Desirable extras.** * Ideally several years of professional experience managing operational teams or external partners * Several years of professional experience in process automation with Tableau Server and experience with PostgreSQL, e.g. to analyse server usage and audit dashboards * Experience with ITIL processes and service management in ServiceNow * Experience with PowerBI is a strong plus ## Your Benefits **How we value your work.** * Partial mobile working within Germany * State-of-the-art technologies * Attractive remuneration as well as holiday and Christmas bonuses * Future-oriented training and development * Modular onboarding and buddy * Corporate health management programme ## Your Tech Stack **What you work with, among other things.** * Tableau Desktop.
