- •Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

- •MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator certification.
- •MS-203: Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator.

- •Knowledge of Configuration as Code tools.
- •MS-102: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
- •Knowledge of Microsoft Security & Purview Products.
- •Experience with Active Directory design.
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- •Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- •Adaptability to evolving technologies.
- •Customer-oriented mindset with proactive service delivery.
