**What you will do**
We are looking for an experienced System Senior Architect (f/m/d) for our CPIT Private Cloud Delivery team, the Private Cloud Customer Self service area. The role demands end-to-end architecture expertise Cloud Solutions on SAP BTP. The role requires hands on experience in NodeJS, React, Java or similar languages. In the Private Cloud delivery organization, we are focusing on the development of solutions for our internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, transparent, and automated way of selling, building, provisioning, and commercializing infrastructure landscapes to SAP’s private cloud customers.
As a System Senior Architect (f/m/d), you have the following responsibilities,
* Be responsible as an architect for solutions in Customer Self-service Portal.
* Develop compelling solution proposals, drive technical evaluation and feasibility studies, effort estimations, working closely with our development teams to ensure a perfect fit for customer experience .
* Have a focus on scalability and automation while taking architectural decisions
* Explain architecture ideas and provide technical guidance to the team architects and development team
* Work closely with your Product Management, Product owners to align on priorities and bringing the teams forward
* Work collaboratively with other product owners, architects and developers cross-workstream towards a solution working end-to-end
* Work proactively with Enterprise Architecture in aligning our applications with Corporate Strategy.
* Participate in refinement sessions with business stakeholders and verify technical feasibility of business requirements
* Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
**What you bring**
* 8+ years of experience as architect or senior developer with experience in architectural design
* Comprehensive understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) architecture.
* End-to-end implementation experience, from defining business requirements to deploying impactful solutions using Cloud Application Programming.
* Hands-on experience in application development frameworks.
* Hands on experience in NodeJS, Typescript, Java, Python or similar languages.
* Proficiency in System Integration, API management or any middleware technology.
* Experience in working in an agile environment according to SAFe methodology
* Strong analytical ability with fluency in English language skills oral and written
* Nice to Have, BTP AI Services ABAP
