Anforderungen
- •MSc in electronics, telecommunication, robotics, software engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent
- •5 years or more work experience as systems engineer, product owner, function owner, or equivalent
- •Proven leadership skills and judgement regarding systems, software, perception
- •Experience in the automotive and/or truck industry development (ISO26262, Regulations, etc.)
- •ASPICE experience
- •Experience working in an agile development environment
- •Experience in Polarion / Doors
- •Basic programming skills in Matlab, Python, or C/C++
- •Understanding of product development process
- •Self-motivated, professional, positive attitude
- •Ability to take high levels of responsibility: making decisions, being accountable
- •Ability to function in a high pressure and sometimes ambiguous environment
- •Good presentation skills, strong leadership, and teamwork skills
- •Fluency in English and ideally one more language

- •Serve as the system owner for customer projects
- •Lead a cross-functional team of ADAS Feature Owners
- •Analyze requirements from customers and stakeholders
- •Develop and clarify requirements with stakeholders as needed
- •Drive analysis of effort and cost for change requests
- •Coordinate communication of system status with all stakeholders
- •Ensure timely delivery of the system to the customer with agreed scope and quality
- •Support system integration and testing activities
- •Align system deliveries with project timelines
- •Compile process-oriented metrics for stakeholder-level functions
- •Report frequently to Aptiv and customer management
- •Ensure compliance with Aptiv processes and methods
