**Summary**
For the department “Tracking & Multi Sensor Data Fusion” we are looking for a “System Engineer for Multi Sensor Data Fusion (f/m/d)” at the Ulm or Immenstaad location as soon as possible.
The “Tracking & Multi Sensor Data Fusion” department creates tracking and data fusion software for radar and system solutions in the air, land and sea sectors on the basis of a software module construction kit. The department's tasks include the acquisition of new orders, system and software activities according to HENSOLDT specifications, test activities, support for research projects and support in software maintenance for radars that have already been delivered. This department works across divisions and locations.
**Your Tasks**
* Creation of concepts for multi sensor data fusion system software in the context of R&T projects
* Development of specifications for multi-sensor data fusion system software based on customer requirements, predefined architectural elements and/or system specifications
* Planning and implementation of system analyses
* Making solution decisions taking into account aspects such as reusability, opportunities, risks, time planning, quality, costs, security and technical performance
* Developing the architecture to be implemented and creating the requirements for the subsystems and processing functions
* Development of test strategies with the respective test managers
Willingness to travel internationally is required.
**Your Profile**
* Completed studies in engineering with a focus on mathematics, physics, computer science or comparable
* Many years of experience in the development of multi-sensor data fusion software
* Many years of proven practical experience in system engineering and system integration within complex large-scale projects
* Extensive experience in preparing and giving technical presentations to large national and international customer groups and cooperation partners
