Anforderungen
- •Minimum 1 year of experience in helpdesk or 1st-level support
- •Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and enterprise IT software
- •Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade AV systems
- •Ability to work independently and own issues end-to-end
- •High service orientation and excellent customer service skills
- •Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- •JIRA & Confluence usage
- •Configuration management through MDM deployment
- •JAMF, Intune, Slack, and Google Workspace administration
- •Basic IT networking knowledge
- •Access administration through Sailpoint IIQ and OKTA

- •Provide onsite and remote IT support for Windows and Mac systems
- •Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, printer, and audio/visual issues
- •Support advanced audio/visual setups for large-scale meetings and events

- •Handle access management with Okta and SailPoint IIQ
- •Contribute to governance and compliance efforts
- •Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Maintain KPIs and SLAs for IT service performance
- •Collaborate with infrastructure and senior IT team members on projects and process improvements
