We are currently seeking a **SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER** (m/f/d) in the field of hydropower at our locations in **Vienna, Weiz, Global** on a full-time basis for global activities. **YOUR PROFILE** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration with a sustainability focus, or a related discipline * Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus) * Strong IT skills and ability to work with relevant tools * Willingness to travel as required * High level of analytical and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently * Passion for sustainability and ESG topics **YOUR TASKS** * Implement and oversee the company’s sustainability roadmap * Prepare and manage ESG reports for internal use and customers * Monitor ESG performance and initiate improvement actions * Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, audit groups, and external auditors * Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations **OUR OFFER** We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 3.665,31 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
