Anforderungen

•Initial experience in surveying or industrial metrology
•Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
•Strong interest in high-precision measurements
•Use of survey instruments (theodolites, total stations, levels)
•Use of laser scanning and laser trackers
•Basic knowledge of survey data acquisition software
•Organization and preparation of in-field work
•Spoken and written English or French
•National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
•Maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation
•No previous CERN fellow or graduate contract
•Ineligibility for applicants with Bachelor's, Master's or PhD
•Work in Radiation Areas
•Interventions in underground installations
•Valid driving licence

•Perform high-precision measurements for metrology and alignment
•Conduct metrology measurements using laser tracker technology
•Align various components throughout the CERN complex
•Execute 'as-built' measurements of tunnels and buildings with laser scanner technology
•Participate in in-house software test validation
•Provide feedback to improve survey field procedures and software
•Calibrate, check, and test survey instrumentation and accessories
