## Job Description
Join our technical support team as a Brainlab Support Specialist. You'll provide expert service, manage installations and maintenance, and support clinical staff—remotely from your home office.
Products: Loop X, Airo.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Independently perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems (e.g. Loop X, Airo) at hospitals and clinical sites
* Provide remote and on-site technical support, guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation
* Ensure optimal device functionality by conducting diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks
* Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfaction
* Support product launches by coordinating setup, testing, and user onboarding
* Document all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standards
* Collaborate closely with other teams (sales, engineering, clinical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
## Qualifications
* Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar
* Ideally first experience in technical support, preferably in the healthcare sector
* Familiar with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology (a plus)
* Strong IT, networking, and troubleshooting skills
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* High willingness to travel national (up to 80%), with the possibility of occasional international assignments
* Confident use of MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
* Valid driver’s license
