Anforderungen

  • •Solid foundation in IT basics
  • •IHK certification in IT specialist training, degree in Business Informatics, or comparable qualifications
  • •Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
  • •Familiarity with EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, API environment, communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
  • •Good written and spoken German and English skills

  • •Provide product support for the Business Integration Suite
  • •Record and classify support cases
  • •Resolve support cases independently or with 3rd level support
  • •Collaborate with customers to enhance SEEBURGER solutions
  • •Act as Designated Support Engineer for premium customers
  • •Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
  • •Assist the support team with software updates
  • •Conduct system analyses
  • •Participate in service environment projects
