- •Solid foundation in IT basics
- •IHK certification in IT specialist training, degree in Business Informatics, or comparable qualifications
- •Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
- •Familiarity with EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, API environment, communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
