# Support Engineer 100% (f/m/d)

Responsible for offering support services (e.g., for software, hardware, end user devices, networks) and providing monitoring capabilities, ensuring continuous access to IT services and Live Cycle the End User.
## YOUR CHALLENGE
* Provide end-to-end 1st & 2nd level support for Markets-related applications across sales, execution, and trading domains
* Manage stakeholders and users of supported applications, escalating and tracking issues, proposing bug fixes and enhancements, and participating in testing requirements
* Conduct thorough investigations into technical issues, analysing system logs, and other relevant data to quickly identify problems, determine root cause, and develop corrective actions
* Work on value-add items, such as monitoring, automation, and documentation, to continuously improve the overall efficiency, reliability, and usability of supported applications
## YOUR PROFILE
* University Degree ideally in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* Solid technical skills, ideally with an understanding of programming languages, web technologies and databases
* Relevant work experience supporting critical systems, preferably within an Investment Banking/Markets/Trading environment
* Experience with FX and/or Equity Structured Products is highly desirable
* Experience with automation tools and monitoring systems with a proven track record of implementing process improvements through automation and effective monitoring
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Willingness to sit on trading floor and interact with users in a dynamic environment
