At our headquarters in Vienna we offer, after intensive training, an independent and varied job as Support and Service Technician (m/f/d) for Automation Systems. **Your Profile:** •    Completed technical professional training in electrical engineering, energy technology or computer science (HTL, FH, TU, or similar) •    Experience with HIPASE-250, SCALA-250 or similar system is an advantage •    Experience in the field of hydropower is an advantage •    Practical know-how in the processing of security-relevant topics in the field of project engineering is an advantage •    Written and spoken English •    German language skills are an advantage •    Accurate, independent and team-orientated way of working •    Analytical way of thinking •    Willingness to travel (5%) **Your Tasks:** •    Supporting colleagues and customers worldwide with questions regarding SCALA systems, operating systems and related topics •    Solving HIPASE-250 and related problems through product knowledge, development of workarounds or development assistance •    Working closely with product management and development on product defects and enhancements •    Handling projects for maintenance contract customers •    Instructors of product training courses or workshops We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 3,251.09 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
