Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant scientific field, business administration, Industrial Engineer, Life science or alike
  • •At least 5-10 years of experience dealing with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or CDMOs within a pharmaceutical environment
  • •Proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on contract development and manufacturing
  • •Several years of experience in collaborating with CDMOs and in supervising outsourced activities
  • •Strong self-management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • •Team player with the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders
  • •Result-oriented and customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • •Talented communicator and listener, eager to learn
  • •Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and make informed decisions
  • •Very good command of IT tools: MS Office (solid Excel know-how is key) & SAP, IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • •English is a must, and German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Analyze and monitor sales and distribution planning for a defined product area
  • •Act as the Supply Chain Single Point of Contact for CDMOs
  • •Plan, review, control, and track inventory and demand based on order proposals
  • •Calculate and implement economic order quantities considering expiration dates and disposal risks
  • •Maintain accurate master data, including minimum order quantities, lead times, and safety stocks
  • •Build and optimize a comprehensive supply chain management reporting system
  • •Monitor inventory levels, coverage, stock-out results, and OTIF performance
  • •Support the end-to-end Supply Chain Organization in design and management
  • •Conduct business operations activities like process mapping and KPI reporting
