Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics or comparable field
- •Initial experience in logistics processes, warehousing, transportation, contract logistics, or outsourcing projects
- •Proven experience in logistics management roles
- •Strong experience in project development and implementation within logistics
- •Good understanding of management tools such as LEAN
- •Strong partner management skills
- •Experience managing a major 3PL account
- •Solid understanding of logistics management and business KPIs
- •Knowledge of WMS/LMS systems, reporting tools, and end-to-end logistics processes
- •Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben
- •Process and monitor logistics in the 3PL warehouse
- •Verify invoices and clarify discrepancies
- •Ensure cost reimbursement for unfulfilled services
- •Conduct analyses to support price negotiations
- •Evaluate 3PL performance
- •Negotiate prices within your area of responsibility
- •Develop new logistics concepts as needed
- •Ensure smooth daily operations and escalate issues to external partners
- •Execute the annual finished goods inventory count
- •Coordinate with plants and external partners
- •Monitor accounting-related activities throughout the year
- •Initiate necessary inventory adjustments
- •Serve as a key contact for Customer Service and Supply Chain Planners
- •Order, organize, and track transport services according to SCM requirements
- •Coordinate required capacities and ensure availability with external partners
- •Ensure adequate air freight capacity
- •Analyze transportation structures and manage costs with other SCM departments
- •Prepare structural data for annual price negotiations
