# EMEA Supply Chain Planning Manager **CHE Eysins - Business Park Terre-Bonne** | **Full time** | **Onsite** # Job Description Summary Location: Canton of Vaud, Switzerland (Geneva or cross-border candidates welcome) with a valid working visa. BD is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Manager reporting to our EMEA Senior Director, Supply Chain Planning to lead Demand and Supply Planning for the Specimen Management business across the EMEA region. This high-impact role offers global visibility, strategic influence, and operational autonomy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will ensure product availability at optimal inventory levels, drive planning excellence, and lead a team of 3 planners. Acting as the regional voice in global forums, you’ll influence production decisions and ensure alignment between demand, supply, and business strategy. # Job Description **You Key Responsibilities:** **Demand Planning** * Lead regional demand planning for assigned platforms in collaboration with country and platform leaders. * Ensure accurate forecasts to drive global production schedules. * Analyze forecast accuracy and demand variance. * Align demand with supply plans to meet service levels. **Supply Planning** * Oversee replenishment systems and ensure compliance with global SC strategies. * Resolve production and capacity issues across the region. * Drive inventory strategy, including E&O management and product launches. * Escalate and resolve supply risks via global forums. **IBP Process Facilitation** * Lead regional Demand/Supply reviews and contribute to global planning forums. * Represent EMEA in Global MBR and ensure timely, accurate planning inputs. * Maintain IBP documentation and support integrated business planning. **Continuous Improvement** * Drive process enhancements to improve agility and performance. * Adapt SC models to evolving market needs and business strategies. **Business & People Leadership** * Align planning with global and regional business goals. * Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team. * Manage HR cycles and talent development. * Deliver on key metrics: OTIF, inventory, forecast accuracy, backorder rate. **Your Profile :** * University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; APICS certification preferred. * Proven experience as a **Supply Chain Planning Manager** with regional or global scope. * Direct management experience of a small team. * Industry background in **Pharma, MedTech** ideal * Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort engaging with senior leadership. * Ability to thrive in a **matrixed, multinational environment**. * A proactive, responsive mindset with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics. * Strong analytical skills and experience with forecast accuracy metrics (MAPE, Bias). * Fluent in English; other European languages a plus. * **Located** Canton of Vaud, Switzerland (Geneva or cross-border candidates welcome) * **Compensation:** CHF 121,000 – 140,000 fixe base + corporate benefit **Ready to lead the future of supply chain in EMEA?** We are the makers of possible BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.
