Anforderungen
- •6+ years of experience in Sales and/or Program Management in aerospace or complex industry
- •2+ years of managing a team of direct reports
- •Previous responsibility for managing customer programs with annual revenues over €100 million
- •Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- •Fluency in German and English (Level C1 or higher)
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
- •Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools, particularly SAP and Salesforce
- •Experience in managing sales team and delivering revenue targets
- •Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to tailor messages to customers across multiple levels
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- •Highly motivated, self-directed individual with strong leadership skills
