  • •5+ years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industry or 3+ years specialized expertise
  • •Solid expertise in supply chain or closely related field
  • •Strong understanding of drug development process
  • •Solid knowledge of standard SAP transactions and ideally experience with planning tools
  • •Foundational project management with excellent organization and planning
  • •Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Health, Safety and Environment regulations
  • •Intermediate leadership capability
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • •Own the end-to-end clinical supply plan
  • •Harmonize supply strategy across Global Clinical Supply
  • •Participate in governance meetings for demand-supply alignment
  • •Ensure demand fulfillment and address supply and regulatory topics
  • •Optimize inventory strategy at packaging and finished-goods levels
  • •Align portfolio manufacturing schedules from drug substance to finished goods
  • •Set cost-efficient ordering levels to minimize waste
  • •Lead long-term demand and capacity planning
  • •Manage ordering and master data using enterprise systems
  • •Apply Rapid Response (Maestro) for planning and scenario building
