Anforderungen
- •Over 5 years of experience
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Management, or comparable qualification
- •Certifications such as APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Lean, or Six Sigma
- •Proficiency in MPS consolidation, inventory optimization, and flow design
- •Strong experience in OTIF improvement and working capital management
- •Skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and leading performance recovery plans
- •Proven ability to collaborate with customers and develop actionable joint plans
- •Ability to coordinate effectively with plants, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams
- •Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Strong teamwork skills
- •Knowledge of Quality, Environment, Safety, and Anti-Bribery System
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Contribute to product portfolio rationalization
- •Manage supply chain performance metrics, including claims and transportation costs
- •Execute action plans to achieve performance targets
- •Provide reliable and timely information
- •Consolidate and challenge Master Production Schedules for critical flows
- •Coordinate with plant supply chain teams and Purchasing to manage priorities
- •Support transformation projects and deployment of standardized processes
- •Drive efficiency through best practices and continuous improvement
- •Support the development of the supply chain organization and governance
- •Coach and guide the supply chain team for capability building
- •Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement
- •Lead Root Cause Analyses for service failures and low performance
- •Coordinate corrective actions and keep customers informed
- •Represent the supply chain function in customer meetings
- •Co-develop progress plans with key customers
