Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, or related field
- •Master’s degree preferred
- •Strong understanding of Lean principles and practices
- •Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt)
- •APICS certifications are a plus
- •Fluency in English
- •Proficiency in additional Spanish or another European language is a plus
- •Strong verbal and presentation skills
- •Ability to convey complex ideas simply
- •Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or above)
- •Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- •Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- •Familiarity with emerging supply chain technologies
- •Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- •Ability to inspire teams and drive performance
- •Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- •Ability to build strong relationships and foster teamwork

Deine Aufgaben
- •Coach Site Supply Chain leaders on Daily Management and Visual Management
- •Support KPI management routines and project pipeline structuring
- •Facilitate workshops and kaizens aligned with Value Stream Maps
- •Develop and implement demand planning processes from the ground up
- •Drive improvements in capacity management and production scheduling
- •Establish internal production pull systems
- •Address WIP and FG inventory reduction challenges
- •Enhance delivery performance within the SQDC framework
- •Collaborate with Supply Planning to convert production schedules into supplier orders
- •Track incoming materials and maintain optimal raw material inventory levels
- •Streamline logistics inbound routes and reduce lead times
- •Partner with procurement, logistics, and customs to mitigate supply risks
- •Support Shop Floor Operations and Data Integrity with Material Handling team
- •Ensure safety and optimize replenishment routes and operator conveyance
- •Improve inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts
- •Verify BOM and collaborate with finance for inventory reporting
- •Work with Industrial Engineering to optimize layout designs and processes
