# Supply Chain Business Process Expert (m/f/d)

The Supply Chain Business Process Expert will be a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on improving and optimizing existing processes while driving measurable outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of ERP systems such as SAP. It involves the ability to streamline the implementation of new systems by standardizing and harmonizing processes across a global enterprise. The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that developed solutions align with business needs and drive efficiency.

**Your key responsibilities**
* Translate business requirements into system implementations and drive continuous improvement processes
* Oversee the implementation of new ERP systems and modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategic goals
* Support user acceptance tests and assist end users in understanding and adapting to system changes
* Ensure the efficient execution of sales orders, deliveries, and other business processes
* Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to facilitate effective system enhancements
* Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business needs
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and systems

* We offer you an income based on your qualifications and market conditions, with a minimum annual gross salary of €55.000 on fulltime basis
* Type of employment: Full time for 38,5 hours / week, unlimited contract
**You bring**
* University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
* Proven experience in Business Process Management, with a strong understanding of related ERP modules and functionalities. Experience in a global, multinational setting is preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and relevant modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, APO, EWM) – or their equivalents in other environments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power Automate and AI tools is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English, German knowledge would be a plus
* Willingness to travel globally (up to 20% max.)
