Anforderungen

•3+ years of supplier quality engineering experience
•Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
•Strong knowledge of specifications and analytical methods
•Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards
•Comfortable with QMS/LIMS/MES systems
•Communicate with clarity and influence
•Experienced in conducting value-adding audits
•Proficient in German and English

•Assess and audit suppliers remotely and on-site.
•Build risk-based supplier control plans.
•Design incoming inspection and screening approaches.
•Set sampling plans and acceptance criteria.
•Establish quarantine and disposition workflows.
•Review incoming lots against control plans.
•Use dashboards to spot issues early.
•Coordinate release or quarantine of lots.
•Lead supplier nonconformities from triage to analysis.
•Facilitate 8D problem-solving with suppliers.
•Verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
•Partner with suppliers to improve quality.
•Maintain supplier scorecards and risk heatmaps.
•Report KPIs on quality and delivery performance.
•Recommend mitigations like dual-sourcing strategies.
