Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical field
- •Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated environment
- •Proven experience with problem-solving methods (CAPA, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa)
- •Experience with auditing techniques and supplier management
- •Willingness to travel internationally
- •Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
- •Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- •Familiarity with measurement equipment and inspection tools

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead supplier complaint handling
- •Conduct root cause analysis
- •Implement corrective and preventive actions using methodologies like 8D and CAPA
- •Drive problem-solving activities with suppliers and internal teams
- •Participate in supplier audits according to ISO 9001
- •Perform Supplier Quality Risk Assessments and Classifications
- •Prepare and negotiate Quality Assurance Agreements
- •Define requirements for Receiving Inspections
- •Participate in the sample approval process with Supply Chain and R&D
- •Analyze and evaluate supplier quality performance
- •Contribute to supplier performance evaluations with Procurement
- •Assess and handle supplier change requests
- •Manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities
- •Ensure supplier readiness and compliance with BD specifications
- •Manage sorting activities for supplier quality rejects
- •Maintain compliance on Supplier Quality activities for all sourced suppliers
- •Follow up on non-conformities and CAPAs related to quality processes
- •Support document control processes for quality-related documents
- •Ensure outsourced services comply with internal procedures
- •Promote quality awareness across teams
