Your role - We are seeking a motivated and tenacious junior professional to join our visionary, fast-moving Supplier Engagement Team as a Supplier Engagement Intern either in our Munich or Berlin office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier engagement and training, while working with an international supplier base. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and the development of resources that strengthen supplier relationships. Overall, this position provides the potential to become an integral member of our Supplier Engagement Team.

**Department:**Supplier Engagement Team
**Type:**Paid Voluntary Full-time Internship (40 hours/week) or Working Student Contract (20 hours/week)
**Duration:**at least 5-6 months with the opportunity to renew the contract
**Location:**Onsite in Munich or Berlin
##### Your tasks
* Engage with suppliers from around the world, supporting them through tools like Intercom and email, and during on-demand video calls
* Use your **fluent Mandarin and English skills** to confidently host online trainings and webinars - sometimes with large supplier groups (100+ people) - and answer questions during live sessions
* Help create and maintain clear, useful supplier-facing resources such as guides, manuals, and training materials
* Support the team in streamlining workflows and improving our internal processes for better supplier engagement
* Leverage your Excel skills to assist with data analysis and process integration
* Gather and evaluate feedback from suppliers to identify improvement opportunities and help enhance the overall experience
##### Your profile
* You are currently enrolled in a German university or you just completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* You have excellent **professional communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) & English** and you are confident using it in a business context
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Excel and analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
* A proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in supplier management and process optimization
* Interested in the field of sustainability and measuring Scope 3 emissions
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* You work well in diverse, hybrid teams and you are excited to join our international either in Munich or Berlin
