Supplier Development Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will assess and onboard new suppliers while ensuring compliance with standards. Your focus will be on driving performance improvements and sustainability initiatives, as well as managing incidents and conducting audits across multiple plants.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, sustainability development, or compliance roles
• •Strong knowledge of supplier auditing and risk management processes
• •Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard is an advantage
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• •Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams
• •Highly organized, perseverant, investigative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• •Willingness to travel frequently
