Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, sustainability development, or compliance roles
- •Strong knowledge of supplier auditing and risk management processes
- •Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard is an advantage
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams
- •Highly organized, perseverant, investigative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- •Willingness to travel frequently
