Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Natural Science
  • •Experience in quality assurance
  • •Initial experience in supervising or leading employees
  • •Strong communication skills
  • •Assertiveness and decision-making ability
  • •Good technical understanding and quality awareness
  • •Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • •Very good PC skills (MS Office, SAP) and strong statistical knowledge
  • •Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • •Sedentary work involving lifting up to 10lbs

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead and develop the Quality Control team
  • •Oversee testing processes for product quality
  • •Guide shift leaders and manage a team of approximately 50 employees
  • •Organize and implement personnel planning and training
  • •Plan and manage quality improvement projects
  • •Support production teams with quality-related inquiries
  • •Ensure compliance with established specifications for batch processing
  • •Conduct chemical-physical testing of raw rubber compounds
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections of rubber components
  • •Evaluate non-conforming batches and initiate corrective actions
  • •Execute and monitor calibrations for measuring equipment
  • •Validate new instruments and methods
  • •Manage and evaluate statistical data in the supervised area
