Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Natural Science
- •Experience in quality assurance
- •Initial experience in supervising or leading employees
- •Strong communication skills
- •Assertiveness and decision-making ability
- •Good technical understanding and quality awareness
- •Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- •Very good PC skills (MS Office, SAP) and strong statistical knowledge
- •Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and develop the Quality Control team
- •Oversee testing processes for product quality
- •Guide shift leaders and manage a team of approximately 50 employees
- •Organize and implement personnel planning and training
- •Plan and manage quality improvement projects
- •Support production teams with quality-related inquiries
- •Ensure compliance with established specifications for batch processing
- •Conduct chemical-physical testing of raw rubber compounds
- •Perform visual and dimensional inspections of rubber components
- •Evaluate non-conforming batches and initiate corrective actions
- •Execute and monitor calibrations for measuring equipment
- •Validate new instruments and methods
- •Manage and evaluate statistical data in the supervised area
