Summer Leadership Camps Counsellors(m/w/x)

## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with morning educational training sessions, helping campers stay engaged and providing support as needed to facilitate a positive learning environment * Guide and supervise campers during afternoon activities, ensuring their safety, participation, and enjoyment * Actively participate in evening entertainment, creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere that encourages camper involvement * Build rapport with teenage campers, showing empathy and understanding * Serve as a positive role model, offering guidance, support, and a friendly ear when needed * Maintain a high sense of responsibility for camper well-being, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all activities and events * Work closely with other counsellors and camp staff to coordinate activities and provide a seamless experience for all campers ## YOUR PROFILE AND COMPETENCES * Prior experience working with teenagers or in a camp setting * Flexibility and ability to work extended hours with a positive attitude, maintaining energy and focus throughout the day, adapting to the camp’s dynamic environment with enthusiasm * Ability to easily connect with teenagers, understanding their needs and interests * A passion for entertainment and willingness to engage in activities such as dancing, singing, and going on stage to enhance camper experience * A strong commitment to ensuring camper safety and adherence to camp guidelines
