Anforderungen
- •Minimum age of 24
- •EU citizenship or Swiss residency
- •Prior experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (8-17 years old)
- •Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
- •Good organizational and time-management skills
- •Fluency in English, additional language skills as a plus
- •Skilled in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs
- •Demonstrates leadership, positive attitude, and ability to remain calm under stress
- •Creativity, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills with high workload capacity
- •Experience working in multicultural environments
- •Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups
- •Police check required prior to appointment
