Anforderungen

  • •Minimum age of 24
  • •EU citizenship or Swiss residency
  • •Prior experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (8-17 years old)
  • •Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
  • •Good organizational and time-management skills
  • •Fluency in English, additional language skills as a plus
  • •Skilled in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs
  • •Demonstrates leadership, positive attitude, and ability to remain calm under stress
  • •Creativity, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills with high workload capacity
  • •Experience working in multicultural environments
  • •Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups
  • •Police check required prior to appointment
