Anforderungen

  • •6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field, 4 years relevant experience with Master's in related field, or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience with JADC2 platforms and concepts
  • •Strong background in tactical data link protocols (e.g., MIL STD 6011, 6016, 6020, 3011, JREAP A/B/C, TCP/IP)
  • •Proven expertise in emerging technologies supporting JADC2 innovation
  • •11 years of recent specialized experience
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior military leaders and action officers

  • •Deliver expert analysis on warfighting technologies and JADC2 capabilities
  • •Identify and address gaps in DOTMLPF-P
  • •Support mission engineering and prototype development
  • •Facilitate experimentation and global wargaming
  • •Advise on joint/allied air, space, and missile defense operations
  • •Design and manage C2 training scenarios and vignettes
  • •Develop and maintain Theater IAMD Common Operating Picture
  • •Manage Multi-Tactical Datalink Network systems
  • •Provide real-time support for contingency operations
  • •Integrate JADC2 systems into AOC architectures
  • •Assist in creating exercise documents like Air Tasking Orders and SPINS
  • •Offer technical recommendations on TDL systems operations and maintenance
  • •Collaborate with U.S. Components and coalition partners to enhance JADC2 effectiveness
