Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field
- •Several years of experience in demand forecasting with knowledge of SAP IBP for Demand or other forecasting tools
- •Experience working in cross-functional, global and local teams with strong stakeholder management skills
- •Proven experience in process design, system implementation, and stakeholder engagement
- •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting algorithms
- •Excellent communication and change management capabilities
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as a key contributor during the scoping phase of the SAP IBP for Demand project
- •Support the template build and pilot phases of the SAP IBP for Demand project
- •Contribute to the functional design of demand forecasting processes within SAP IBP
- •Collaborate with Global Business Services, Global Commercial Business, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- •Ensure alignment of forecasting processes with strategic business needs
- •Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and bootcamps for global and regional teams
- •Provide expert input into training content and testing scenarios
- •Assist in change management activities for global and regional stakeholders
- •Foster process adherence and drive continuous improvement in forecast monetization
- •Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities
