Anforderungen
- •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- •3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering
- •Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals
- •Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques
- •Proven success in LEAN manufacturing, workplace design, and process improvement
- •Deep understanding of MES platforms and SAP ERP systems
- •Familiarity with Kanban, JIT, and capacity planning tools
- •Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sequencing
- •Plan capacity and resource allocation using ERP systems
- •Act as Subject Matter Expert for MES and SAP integration
- •Define and maintain MES workflows and master data
- •Provide guidance on SAP modules for production planning
- •Lead digitalization initiatives and system upgrades
- •Provide user training and process automation support
- •Deliver data-driven insights for continuous improvement
