•Evaluate potential partners based on cost, quality, capacity, technology, and reliability
•Negotiate and draft contracts while monitoring contractual obligations
•Create orders for external development service providers and provide necessary information and specifications
•Continuously monitor the progress, costs, and quality of services from external development service providers
•Establish and maintain relationships with external development service providers and monitor their performance
•Assess and manage potential risks associated with outsourcing tasks
•Handle deviations, quality issues, or technical changes
•Act as the primary point of contact for external development service providers and ensure effective communication
•Maintain master data, contracts, performance records, and key figures
•Ensure compliance with company policies, main contracts, and applicable laws
