**Summary**
We are looking for a “Sub-Project Manager Spares & Repairs (f/m/d)” for the “Customer Services” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The Customer Services department is responsible for spare parts and repairs for the devices and systems located at the Ulm site.
**Your Tasks**
* Processing and control of spare parts and repair orders at the plant as a member of the In Service Support project team
* Central point of contact for the customer for processing
* Processing of ET and repair orders in terms of costs, deadlines and quality
* Awarding of contracts to internal and external parties
* Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
* Preparation of customer-specific test and acceptance certificates
* Preparation of shipping documents and control of delivery to the customer
* Regular internal reporting to product management and project management
* Administrative warehouse management
**Your Profile**
* Completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or technical/business vocational training with additional qualification as a state-certified technician with professional experience advantageous
* Experience in preparing quotations
* Very good SAP knowledge (SD, CS and MM module)
* Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and initiative
* Strong organizational and communication skills
