- •Deliver expert styling advice aligned with the Style of CHANEL
- •Inspire clients to explore new styles
- •Provide style services focused on wardrobe appointments
- •Lead personalized client styling appointments from preparation to execution
- •Participate in boutique events as a style referent
- •Collaborate with boutique management to develop yearly styling plans
- •Suggest promotions for statement pieces and slow movers
- •Support the team in styling through collaboration with the Style Expertise Manager
- •Lead styling activities to convey CHANEL's style expertise
- •Conduct Style collection workshops during launches and selling periods
- •Monitor the internal styling app and recommend best practices
- •Assist Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors in client appointment preparations
- •Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors through one-on-one sessions
- •Provide constructive feedback and suggest development plans for Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors
- •Identify talents with styling skills
- •Rotate in boutiques without Style Experts during sessions
- •Participate in buying sessions to decode collections and gather team feedback
- •Review buys with management to ensure the allure of the collection is represented
- •Contribute to post-buy meetings and share styling suggestions
