## Study Coordinator - Polish and Englisch (all genders) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Remote,Berlin --- ##### Mission Main purpose of the role is to effectively support Homecare Providers (HCPs) in conducting homecare visits (HCVs) for clinical trials. This includes identification and training of experienced HCPs according to client expectations, cooperation with Project Managers, Equipment Managers and other stakeholders for all administrative aspects required for flawless conduct of the HCVs. ### Key Responsibilities: * Your main task will be to plan home visits for clinical trials and ensure that they run smoothly * You will communicate with medical staff, our customers and clients in many European countries; in English and your native language * In the first step, you will train the home visit staff on the respective study and show them what is important for the upcoming home visit * You will then coordinate the dispatch of materials and the courier, plan the exact date of the visit and support our home visit staff during the visit via telephone or video call - all from the comfort of your home office * Once the visit has been completed, you will maintain accurate records and ensuring all required documentation is complete and up to date ##### Ihr Profil * Fluency in both **Polish** and **English** (spoken and written) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Very good communication and interpersonal abilities * Experience in healthcare or clinical study coordination is an advantage but not required ##### Warum wir? * at least 3 days per week homeoffice and flexible working hours * 30 days of vacation * An international team with people from Algeria, Brazil, Germany, France, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Spain and Hungary * Exciting insights into clinical research and valuable involvement in its progress
