# Student Support - Private Markets Operations Investment Controlling 60-80%

**Job Description**
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approx. 3 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for at least 1.5 years. Start date is **as soon as possible**.
Your main tasks as Student Support within the Private Markets Operations Investment Controlling team include:
* Support of daily operations (incoming data handling, fund valuation check, NAV check);
* Maintaining Private Equity related databases and analyzing data from excel with input to upload sheet;
* Reviewing quarterly portfolio valuations and cash flows prepared by administrators;
* Analyzing financial reports received from Private Equity fund managers;
* Preparing data for investors’ reporting and presentations (include manual reporting tasks);
* Processing of client inquiries.
**Requirements**
* Currently studying business administration or similar at Bachelor level;
* First exposure to the financial industry;
* Analytical and high focus on details;
* Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;
* Solid MS office skills, in particular Excel;
* Proficient English skills, additional languages such as German are a plus;
* International background and mindset.
