Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in graduate/postgraduate program in organizational development, change management, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, finance, project controlling, strategic management, psychology, systemic thinking, or innovation background
- •Interest in AI adoption and transformation topics
- •Prior work exposure to project/change management
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills
- •Ability to work independently and proactively
- •Strong working knowledge of MS Office (advanced PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Miro)
- •Willingness to learn new platforms
- •Fluency in English
- •German and additional CEE languages are an advantage

- •Support a group-wide AI change management project
- •Learn about transformation procedures and structures
- •Apply agile and innovation management tools
- •Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments
- •Support the implementation of the AI Change Management strategy
- •Assist in planning and executing change initiatives
- •Organize large-scale events in Vienna and with Network Banks
- •Develop communication campaigns
- •Facilitate learning journeys
- •Prepare, facilitate, and document workshops and meetings
- •Contribute to knowledge management content and toolkits
- •Prepare high-level stakeholder presentations
- •Engage with leaders and AI pioneers
- •Draft concept notes and white papers
- •Take ownership of workstreams or small projects
- •Handle administrative tasks like scheduling and coordination
