- •Vocational training or degree in education management, international office administration, event management, public administration, or comparable field
- •Initial to several years of professional experience in higher education, educational, or international environment
- •Strong service mindset and enjoyment in working with students
- •Excellent organizational and coordination skills with structured and independent working style
- •High intercultural competence, empathy, and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and needs
- •Strong communication skills and confident, professional demeanor

Deine Aufgaben
- •Serve as the main contact for students on organizational and study-related issues
- •Manage administrative processes like enrollment and deregistration
- •Coordinate summer and winter intakes and semester kick-off events
- •Plan and deliver student events such as Academic After Hours and parties
- •Organize the Graduation Ceremony and other campus highlights
- •Collaborate closely with the Student Council and internal teams
- •Provide comprehensive support to international students from pre-arrival to graduation
- •Advise on visa, residence, health insurance, accommodation, and integration
- •Support incoming and outgoing students in mobility programs
- •Organize intercultural welcome events, workshops, and information sessions
- •Work with external partners like public authorities and partner universities
- •Contribute to the development and digitalization of internal processes
- •Maintain relevant data, content, and web pages
- •Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource efficiency
