- •Assess microbial activity through methane production and growth using fluorescence microscopy
- •Investigate the fate and potential biodegradation of contaminants via LC-MS/MS
- •Analyze the response of methanogens to trace organic contaminants using proteomics
- •Perform data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results
