Anforderungen
- •Enrolled student in business administration, human resources, organizational psychology, or similar
- •Initial practical experience in HR recruiting/administration
- •Excellent communication skills in German (at least B2) and English (at least C1)
- •High proficiency in MS Office and macOS system
- •Very good presentation skills and excellent attention to detail
- •Service-oriented, proactive, reliable, and supportive attitude
- •Excellent time management and self-organization

- •Assist with monthly HR reporting
- •Prepare employment certificates
- •Maintain personnel files and data in HRIS (Personio)
- •Contribute to the creation of internal HR templates and guidelines
- •Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- •Conduct candidate interviews for working student positions
- •Organize internal and external meetings and events
- •Participate in career fairs and host visits for external student groups
- •Manage quarterly student meetings
- •Own smaller HR projects
- •Assist with general office duties
