# Stress Engineer (m/f/d) **Dahlewitz** | **Full time** ## Job Description **Stress / Lifing Engineer** **(f/m/d)** **Full time** **Dahlewitz / Hybrid** This position for a Stress / Lifing Engineer (f/m/d) is being advertised to form a pipeline of candidates for any anticipated future job openings within Rolls-Royce Deutschland in Dahlewitz close to Berlin. As a **Stress / Lifing Engineer**, you will play a critical role in shaping the safety and durability of essential components within pioneering technology sectors. To be successful in this role you will need to: * Ideally a Master's in Engineering or Bachelor's degree, plus relevant experience. * Bring proven expertise in FEM analysis and the ability to evaluate results effectively, * Be proficient in solid mechanics, as well as stress and fatigue analysis, * Possess basic knowledge of methods for component life assessment and declaration (advantageous but not essential), * Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively across various disciplines, * Organize work by setting up a plan, identify risks, commit deliveries and monitor progress, this involves to also manage external work packages * Have a strong command of both written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an asset.
