## Strategy Program Lead
###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Tutzing,Remote Bayern, Metropolregion München, München

##### Position Overview:
*This is a vacancy for an on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity.*
We’re looking for a curious and driven mind to become the first hire into our Strategy Office at Lobster HQ in Tutzing (South of Munich). This is a unique opportunity to help shape how strategy is operationalised across the organisation — through thoughtful frameworks, clear narratives, and meaningful reporting.
Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making at the highest level. You’ll support planning, contribute to ESG and investor reporting, and help build the connective structures that enable clarity, alignment, and impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up — to co-create the rhythm, tools, and practices that will guide strategic execution and leadership collaboration across Lobster.
##### You’ll get to take ownership of:
* Supporting the development and evolution of strategic frameworks and planning processes.
* Coordinating the executive and management team agenda — organizing meetings, ensuring presentation materials are current, and scheduling leadership collaboration events.
* Contributing to ESG and investor reporting, helping translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
* Supporting goal-setting efforts and helping align priorities across teams.
* Helping prepare and structure executive meetings, offsites, and strategic reviews.
* Collaborating across departments to ensure strategic initiatives are well understood and effectively communicated.
##### We’d love to meet someone with:
* A strong interest in strategy, organizational development, and sustainability topics.
* Previous experience working closely with senior stakeholders, with confidence in navigating leadership environments.
* Excellent organisational skills and a structured, critical mindset — someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and purposefully.
* Curiosity about software development and the tech industry; an interest in supply chain topics is a plus.
* A natural sense for organizational rhythm — setting it, maintaining it, and helping others align to it.
* Familiarity with investor requests and reporting, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
* Strong communication skills, especially in working with internal and external stakeholders.
* Fluency in English; German language is a strong plus.
##### You can look forward to:
* A modern, spacious office with a view of Lake Starnberg in Tutzing
* Subsidised lunches in our in-house restaurant
* A personal learning and development budget
* 30 vacation days per year
* Up to 20 days of remote work per year from any EU country
* Bike leasing through our partnership with JobRad
* Opportunity to work flexibly from home
* Team evenings every Thursday with refreshments covered by the company
* A company pension plan (bAV)
**If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply!**
*Lobster is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where empathy and respect guide our interactions.*
