- •At least one year of professional experience in Consumer and Retail initiatives
- •Expertise in consulting and project management
- •Rational thinking and technological understanding

- •Strong communication and presentation skills in English and either German or French at C1 level

- •Define future ways of working, including agile and product-centric models
- •Support the rollout of new working models across the organization
- •Facilitate change management and capability-building activities

- •Act as a bridge between business, strategy, and technology teams
- •Produce structured analyses and high-quality client deliverables
- •Support senior leadership decision-making with insights
- •Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership
