- •Drive growth initiatives for new Capital verticals
- •Manage day-to-day relationships with customers and partners
- •Deliver actionable insights into product performance
- •Uncover improvement opportunities through data analysis
- •Inform strategic decisions with data-driven insights
- •Collaborate with Product, Sales, Risk, and Legal teams
- •Execute projects to enhance product adoption and revenue
- •Conduct in-depth market and customer research
- •Guide Capital product expansion into new ICPs and geographies
- •Manage key operational metrics and SLAs
- •Support continuous improvement of processes and product experience
- •Own customer relationships through regular KPI reviews
- •Provide business updates and performance improvement plans
- •Support go-to-market strategy for new verticals
