Anforderungen
- •3-10 years of experience in Treasury Management
- •Master's degree in a top business or engineering school
- •Doer mindset and appetite for operational problems
- •Strong analytical skills with actionable recommendations
- •Extensive knowledge of the German Treasury Management space
- •Strong interest in financial challenges of mid-market companies

- •Manage impactful projects for Agicap
- •Collaborate with the VP of Strategy and management team
- •Lead transverse projects across multiple teams
- •Share Treasury expertise to support mid-market expansion in Germany
- •Execute Agicap’s multi-product strategy for the DACH market
- •Launch new countries and product offerings
- •Structure and manage Sales and Customer Success teams
- •Explore new partnership opportunities
- •Test new sales and partnership approaches
- •Develop business with new customer profiles
- •Adapt and implement packaging and pricing strategies
- •Revamp internal processes with Operations teams
- •Define and roll out compensation plans
- •Support Operation Managers in change management
- •Contribute to Sales and Customer Success enablement
- •Lead PMO on strategic projects
- •Identify product priorities for the DACH market with the Product team
- •Negotiate potential technological partnerships
- •Identify and assess M&A opportunities
- •Lead the due-diligence process for M&A
