Anforderungen

  • Degree in Economics, Legal, or Natural Sciences
  • Strong experience (8+ years) in negotiating contracts, large deals, T&C’s, ideally in lab equipment and/or service of laboratory instrumentation and software
  • International business experience with large multinational companies
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to judge & balance cross-functional requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral presentation/negotiation skills in English/native language
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Deine Aufgaben

  • Connect with SCP customers' procurement to generate strategic commercial agreements
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for each account in collaboration with Strategic Accounts Managers and Finance/Legal/Contracts experts
  • Align the One Agilent commercial approach globally within SCP accounts
  • Lead negotiations and act as the spokesperson to customer procurement
  • Orchestrate Agilent resources to form a negotiation team with defined roles and deliverables
  • Set strategy and tactics for negotiation rounds
  • Serve as an expert and consultant for SCP peers on negotiation strategies and tools
  • Mentor and train peers to enhance negotiation capabilities
  • Work with Finance and Legal to develop customized financial solutions for customers
  • Lead SCP initiatives for monetizing value
  • Interface with Finance, Legal, and Agilent Executives to share customer insights and gain support for contracts
  • Monitor and share industry trends in procurement and sourcing
  • Report on contract negotiation projects and commercial program execution with key performance indicators
