Anforderungen

•Degree in Industrial Engineering or technical qualification with additional training
•5+ years’ experience in strategic and operational purchasing
•Solid technical understanding of products and manufacturing processes
•Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
•Proficiency in working with ERP systems
•Solution-oriented and independent working style
•Enjoyment of negotiating and open communication
•Efficient work habits and strong self-organization skills
•Willingness to travel occasionally

Deine Aufgaben

•Manage procurement of mechanical parts with complex surface finishing
•Ensure supply chain readiness for high-volume manufacturing
•Oversee RFQ-to-Procure-to-Pay cycle management
•Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance
•Manage supply chain financials, including costing and pricing
•Identify and qualify new suppliers
•Evaluate and report on supplier performance indicators
•Take commercial responsibility for selected suppliers post-onboarding
•Negotiate framework agreements for serial deliveries and new projects
•Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies
•Act as a key supplier liaison for effective relationship management
•Assist with order processing for operational purchasing
•Collaborate with planning, logistics, and production teams
