If you're a structured thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for strategic execution, this is your opportunity to shape one of Fusion’s most forward-looking business units. **Key Responsibilities** * Support creation of new consulting offerings by translating delivery insights into structured methodologies. * Research benchmarks and industry trends to develop reusable frameworks and internal IP. * Contribute to solution blueprints, pricing models, and service modularization. * Conduct structured market, competitor, and client ecosystem research. * Assist in business modeling for pricing, value propositions, and strategic business cases. * Craft high-quality, client-facing proposal decks from RFP analysis to delivery. * Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to structure messaging and commercial framing. ## Qualifications * 1–2+ years of experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique, or in-house strategy), investment banking, or corporate development. * Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. * High proficiency in PowerPoint; able to develop clear, consulting-standard slide decks. * Familiarity with proposal development, commercial models, or business case preparation. * Fluent in English (German a plus); confident working with multiple stakeholders. * Hands-on, proactive, and dependable, with a drive to lead workstreams—not just support them. ## Additional Information **Why Fusion?** At Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.
