  • Implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives and target results
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth with key accounts in the surgical field
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and develop new accounts
  • Participate in team projects to meet account and business objectives
  • Provide support and training to other sales professionals on the team
  • Secure effective agreements within the surgical portfolio
  • Work independently to build a network of relationships with external partners
  • Drive adoption of surgical innovation solutions to meet sales targets
  • Influence partners through advanced negotiation and presentations
