Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years Sales experience or equivalent industry experience
- •Prior experience with sales CRM tracking software
- •Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals
- •Proven experience dealing with large organizations at senior level
- •Prior experience with Industrial - Hazardous Locations preferred (ATEX, IECEx, North America)
- •Willingness to travel
- •Ability to create clear, effective and professional written communication and presentations
- •Ability to create, prepare and execute complex business strategies while organizing multiple projects and job responsibilities
- •Ability to proactively resolve complex problems and build outstanding client relationships
- •Organized and independent
- •Proven ability of confidentiality in previous positions
- •Strong initiative and ability to develop new customer contacts
- •Ability to maintain positive contacts within the organization
- •Strong organization and time management skills
- •Creativity and project management skills to plan for projects, events and conferences
- •High level of initiative and motivation to meet or exceed targeted goals with minimal supervision
- •Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM database applications
- •Ability to prepare cost proposals promptly to meet customers’ needs

- •Initiate the sales process with clients
- •Provide ongoing information to existing clients
- •Respond promptly to client inquiries
- •Visit clients to present CSA Group services
- •Prioritize work assignments and follow up on proposals
- •Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- •Develop strategies to secure new business
- •Communicate effectively with Operations for seamless service
- •Prepare cost proposals using questionnaires and worksheets
- •Maintain accurate client files in the sales database
- •Identify and communicate competitive trends
- •Develop business relationships and networks within the industry
- •Provide timely written and verbal reports, including sales and expense reports
